Historic Farm House Restoration
Calor Design Group worked with Ann McGuire and the Carol Stream Historical Society to turn an old farmstead into a peaceful respite for a rapidly growing suburban community. This expertly restored building serves as an historical society facility and as a public meeting space.
The project included the design of new heating and air conditioning, electrical distribution, authentic period and exhibit lighting, modern ADA accessible plumbing, and fire alarm and sprinkler protection.
